MVA.NET has been providing Internet Services as a Commonwealth of Massachusetts based company since February of 1997. Our main office resides in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Our satellite offices are located in Quincy, Mass. and in Atkinson, New Hampshire.

We are Incorporated with a six member Board of Directors, which meet bi-monthly to review company progress and advise on future direction. The company's President and Chief Operations Officer is Dave Spaulding, who also founded the company in 1997. Chairman of the Board and Office Manager is Dave's wife, Cher. Our head Technician and Wireless RF Expert is Cris Boisvert.

MVA.NET has tackled many different types of projects, including the expansion into Wireless Hi-Speed Internet Access Provision with towers providing access in Southern New Hampshire, as well as Haverhill, Amesbury, and Groveland Massachusetts. The Wireless Network also allows us to be multi-homed in a unique way which totally covers land line cuts from both our Boston and New Hampshire connections.

It is the unique forward thinking visionary discipline of MVA.NET's leadership that allows it to grow so rapidly in the Internet Access business, when many others are failing. By creating redundant means of providing services, monitoring services and keeping services up, MVA.NET has been able to safely provide internet business to a large segment of New England and beyond and remain a small company.
