1. To setup your e-mail options for Eudora Lite, you first need to start
Eudora. Once Eudora is started, you need to go to the settings. To
go to the settings, click on "special" then click on "settings". Once
in the sttings window, you will see a navigation bar on the left side of
the window, and a few fields that you must fill in on the right. First
in the navigation bar on the left, click on "Getting Started". Now on
the right side of the window there are fields to be filled in. The
fields go as follows.
POP Account:
    Your e-mail address

Real Name:
    Your name

Connection Method:
TCP/IP (Click the button)

2. Now, click on the "Personal Information" buton in the navigation bar on the left.

Fill in the boxes with their correspinding information. Your return address and your POP account should be the same. Your dialup username is usually your email address without the "@Mva.net" suffix.

3. After you have finished typing in the above information, it is time
to move on to the "Hosts" section. Click on "Hosts" in the
navigation bar on the left. In the right part of the window, the hosts
property fields are shown. Fill in the fields as follows.

POP Account:
    Your username

SMTP:
    mail.MVA.NET

3. Eudora should now be setup properly. Click OK and you should now be
able to send and receive e-mail. The first time you check your email you will be asked to type in your password. Once you type it in, Eudora will finish checking your mail.
