1. To access the your e-mail preferences for Netscape Communicator you
must first open Netscape Communicator. Once Communicator is open, click
on "Edit" and select "Properties". When you select properties a windows
should come up with a navigation bar on the side. In that navigation bar
there should be a group called Mail & Groups, double click on Mail &
Groups. When you click on Mail & Groups, a few options should be below
it. There should be the following; Identity, Messages, Mail Server,
Groups Server, and Directory. Double click on Identity. When you double
click on identity, to the right of the navigation bar should now be the
identity properties. In the identity properties window, there are some
fields that you will need to type in information. The information is as
follows.
Your Name:
    Your name

Your E-mail Address:
    Your e-mail address

Your Reply-to Address:
    Your e-mail address

2. After you have typed in the information above in the identity window
you should go on to the mail server window. Double click on the mail
server option in the navigation bar under mail & groups. The mail server
properties window should now appear next to the navigation bar. There
are more fields to be filled in within the mail server properties
window. Those settings are as follows.
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
    mail.MVA.NET

Outgoing mail server username:
    Your username

3. After you have filled in the information above, in the right window,
there is a button called "Add" in the "Incoming Mail Servers" section,
click "Add". Once you have clicked add, a new window will open, in that
window you will see a general tab. In the general tab there is more
information to fill in. You will fill in the following.
Server Name:
    mail.MVA.NET

Server Type:
    POP3 Server

Username:
    Your username

4. Netscape is now be configured correctly. Click OK and you should be
able to send and receive mail.
