1. To start Microsoft's Internet Connection Wizard for Windows NT, double click on My Computer then on Dial-Up Networking. The wizard is now complete, click Finish to finalize everything. It is very important now to continue on to Windows NT Dial-Up Networking Settings, if you do not enter the proper settings, you will not be able to connect to MVA.NET.
