1. To configure outlook express, first you must open outlook express.
Once you have opened outlook express, click on "Tools" in the menu bar,
then click on "Accounts". After you click on accounts, a window should
open, this window is the Internet Accounts window. In the top right hand
corner of the Internet Accounts window is the Add button. Click the Add
button then click Mail to create a new e-mail account.
    

2. A new window should now open, this is a mail account creation wizard.
The first information it asks for is a display name. In that box you
will enter,

Display Name:
    Your name

Once you have completed this section, click Next.

3. The next section asks you for an Internet e-mail address. First, you
will check off "I already have an e-mail address I'd like to use." The
it asks you for an e-mail address. You will enter,
E-mail address:
    Your e-mail address

Once you have completed this section, click Next.

4. The next section asks you for e-mail server names. In this section
will will enter the following,
My incoming mail server is a:
    POP3 server

Incoming mail (POP3, IMAO, or HTTP) server:
    mail.mva.net

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
    mail.mva.net

Once you have completed this section, click Next.

5. The next section asks for an Internet mail logon, which is basically
a username and password. You will enter the following,
Username:
    Your username

Password:
    Your password

Once you have completed this section, click Next.

6. You have now competed the mail creation wizard. Click Finish to
finalize settings. You should now be able to send and receive e-mail.
