Outlook
Settings E-mail - Outlook
1. To setup your e-mail settings for Microsoft Outlook, you
must first
start Microsoft Outlook. Once you have Outlook started, you need
to go
to the services properties by clicking on "Tools",
then "Services". When
the Services window opens, the default tab that is open should
be the
services tab. In that tab there is an add button, press the "Add"
button
to make a new service.

2. When you press the "Add" button, a new
window should come up that
says "Add service to profile". In this window, you
want to select
"Internet E-mail". When "Internet E-mail"
is selected, press "OK".

3. When you press ok, a new window will show up that
says "Properties",
the default tab should be "General". In that properties
window, there
are some fields that need to be filled in. Fill them in as follows.
Mail account:
Your username
Name:
Your name
E-mail address:
Your e-mail address
Reply-to address:
Your e-mail address

4. After you have filled all of the fields in correctly,
you now need to
press the "Servers" tab. In the servers tab there are
more fields that
need to be filled in. Again, fill those fields in with the information
as follows.
Outgoing mail (SMTP):
mail.mva.net
Incoming mail (POP3):
mail.mva.net
Account name:
Your username
Password:
Your password

6. Outlook should now be configured with a new mail
account. Click "OK"
to finish. Outlook will most likely tell you that your new service
will
not be active until you restart Outlook. Restart outlook, you
should now
be able to send and receive mail.
