1. To setup you Pegasus e-mail settings, you first need to start
Pegasus. Once Pegasus is started, go to options in the tools menu. When
you do, a window will open up called Pegasus Mail Options. In that
window there is a Network tab, select the network tab and fill in the
fields with the proper information below.
Your e-mail address is:
    Your e-mail address

POP3 host:
    mail.mva.net

Username:
    Your username

Password:
    Your password

SMTP host:
    mail.mva.net

2. Click OK and Pegasus should be properly setup to send or receive
e-mail.
